Connect output locations in Newsload
Organizations can store different output locations in Newsload, such as a website or social media channels.
📍 Where to find output locations
- In Newsload, open “My Organization”.
- Click “Output Locations”.

➕ Add an output location
On the “Output Locations” page, you can add the output location you need.
- Website (e.g., WordPress): Select the output location and complete the connection as usual.
- Social Media: Select the “Social Media” output location. You will be redirected to Ayrshare (Newsload partner for content synchronization).
In Ayrshare, select the social network you want to connect and complete the authorization steps.
✅ General requirements for social media (Ayrshare)
According to Ayrshare, these points apply across all social networks:
- Grant all requested permissions
- Allow pop-ups in your browser
- If loading fails: temporarily disable ad blockers / tracking protection / VPN
Requirements by network (according to Ayrshare)
Instagram
- Requires an Instagram Business or Instagram Creator account.
- Personal Instagram profiles are not supported.
- You can connect either
- directly via Instagram login, or
- through Facebook (with a connected Facebook Page).
- If connecting through Facebook, additionally:
- You must be an admin of the Facebook Page.
- The Facebook Page must be connected to the Instagram account.
- All requested permissions must be granted.
- According to Ayrshare, not supported: personal Facebook accounts, Creator Studio accounts, IGTV publishing.

Facebook
- Only Facebook Pages are supported (no personal Facebook profiles/pages).
- The account used for linking must have admin rights on the Facebook Page.
- All requested permissions for pages and selections must be granted.
- Ayrshare recommends using pages/accounts that are not brand new (very new accounts can fail during linking).

LinkedIn
- You can connect either
- a personal LinkedIn profile, or
- a LinkedIn company page.
- For company pages, the LinkedIn user must be at least Super Admin or Content Admin.
- According to Ayrshare, the LinkedIn connection must be renewed every 365 days.
- If LinkedIn asks for a password during linking and you normally sign in via Google/Microsoft, you may first need to set a LinkedIn password.

- Linking is done through X login and authorization in a pop-up.
Note: Depending on your Newsload setup, X API credentials may be configured centrally. If linking fails, please contact Newsload support.
